Payment Terms and Conditions:
I understand that the delegate fee is payable in full, prior to the start of Festival of Fresh. The delegate fee is subject to VAT at the rate of 20% and includes attendance to all Festival of Fresh sessions and networking breaks.

I understand that if I am unable to attend Festival of Fresh, I can avoid cancellation fees by transferring my registration to another person in my own company or organisation. I understand that this arrangement must be confirmed in writing with Market Intelligence Ltd.

I understand that all cancellations must be notified in writing and the following cancellation fees will be payable:

30% of the paid delegate fee for all cancellations received before and on 25 April 2025;
50% of the paid delegate fee for all cancellations received between 26 April and 16 May 2025;
No fees refunded for cancellations on and after 17 May 2025

If, as a result of an act of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure, the organisers deem it necessary to postpone Festival of Fresh to an alternative date, I understand that I am entitled to a refund of delegate fees already paid only if I establish that I am unable to attend on the alternative dates offered.

Please note that by registering for this event you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded during the event as well as consent to the use of such materials in print and digital communications media by the organizer.
