Delegate Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Delegate fees and payment
The delegate fee must be paid in full before the start of Fruitnet Berry Congress 2027.
The fee includes access to the conference sessions, food and beverage functions and organised delegate tours included in the event programme. Hotel accommodation, travel and any other expenses not expressly included in the delegate fee are excluded and remain the responsibility of the delegate.
2. Group bookings
Group rates are available for bookings of three or more delegates registered at the same time in a single booking. Group rates are subject to the applicable booking deadlines and ticket pricing conditions.
Registrations made separately or at different times will not qualify for the group rate unless otherwise agreed in writing by the organiser.
3. Delegate substitutions
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another person from the same company or organisation without a cancellation fee.
All substitutions must be requested in writing and confirmed by the Fruitnet Berry Congress Events team before the event.
4. Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Fruitnet Berry Congress Events team. Cancellation fees will be calculated as a percentage of the ticket price actually paid by the delegate.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to and including 29 November 2026: 25% of the ticket price paid.
- 30 November 2026 to 27 January 2027: 50% of the ticket price paid.
- From 28 January 2027 onwards: 100% of the ticket price paid.
5. Changes to the event
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, venue arrangements and other event details where necessary.
If circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including force majeure events, affect the delivery or timing of Fruitnet Berry Congress 2027, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the event where necessary.
Any arrangements arising from such circumstances will be determined by the organiser in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and relevant legal requirements.
6. Photography, filming and recording
Photography, filming and recording may take place during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. Further information about the use of images and recordings, including applicable rights and how to raise any concerns, is available through the organiser.
7. Company names and logos
By registering for and participating in the event, the registrant confirms that they are authorised to grant permission for the organiser to use their company's name, logo and trademarks in connection with event-related promotion, marketing and publicity.
The organiser may display these materials on event websites, social media, presentations and other event-related communications before, during and after the event. The company retains ownership of its trademarks and logos, and their use does not imply endorsement beyond participation in the event.
8. Personal data and privacy
Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Fruitnet Privacy Policy.
Please refer to the Fruitnet Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used and protected, and how to exercise your data protection rights.
