I understand that the delegate fee is payable in full, prior to the start of the Fruitnet Tomato Congress. The delegate fee includes attendance to the Fruitnet Tomato Congress conference sessions, all food and beverage functions. I understand that my hotel accommodation costs are not included in my delegate fee and must be settled directly with the hotel I choose to stay in.

I understand that if I am unable to attend the Fruitnet Tomato Congress in Granada, I can avoid cancellation fees by transferring my registration to another person in my own company or organisation. I understand that this arrangement must be confirmed in writing with Market Intelligence Limited.

I understand that all cancellations must be notified in writing and the following cancellation fees may be payable:

• Cancellation fee at 25% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received by 27July 2026.
• Cancellation fee at 50% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received between 28 July and 28 September 2026.
• Cancellation fee at 100% of the purchased ticket is due for a cancellation received on and after 29 September 2026.

If, as a result of an act of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure, the organisers deem it necessary to postpone the Fruitnet Tomato Congress to an alternative date, I understand that I am entitled to a refund of delegate fees already paid only if I establish that I am unable to attend on the alternative dates offered.

I understand that by registering for this event I consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded during the event as well as I consent to the use of such materials in print and digital communications media by the organiser.By registering for this event, you consent to share your personal data with Fruitnet Media International. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give us will be treated with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

By registering for and participating in this event, the registrant represents and warrants that they have the authority to grant permission for the organizer to use their company's name, logo, and trademarks in connection with the promotion, marketing, and publicity of the event. The organizer may display the company name and logo on event websites, promotional materials, social media channels, presentations, attendee communications, and other event-related marketing materials before, during, and after the event. The company retains all ownership rights to its trademarks and logos. Such use shall not imply endorsement of the organizer or any third party beyond participation in the event.
